Lifting threads treatment is a minimally invasive non surgical procedure which is aimed at both lifting & tightening the tissue of the face & neck. 

 

Lifting threads, are made from a material called Polydioxanone (PDO),

a biocompatible material that dissolves over time, promoting collagen production & improving skin elasticity.

 

Lifting threads have small bi-directional cogs or barbs, which fixate to underlying tissues, allowing the subsequent pulling action to reposition sagging tissue & create the lift in the direction of pull of the thread.

We offer two types of lifting threads:

• Hybrid mini barbed threads, are inserted using a needles to reposition the skin.

• Cog or barbed threads used with cannulas used in the subcutaneous or superficial fat layer to reposition sagging fat & skin.​​
